One of the best immigration attorneys specializes in handling complex immigration cases. After a very long, over twenty-four years of immigration journey, I finally received my permanent residence card. I’ve hired two different immigration attorneys to help me stay legally in this country. My first attorney gave me bad advice that would affect my case for the next two decades and that I would not be able to adjust my status. My second lawyer keeps charging me with all kinds of fees to keep me in this country but cannot help me get any immigration relief. In 2017, after hiring two different immigration attorneys and going to many free or paid consultations with other immigration attorneys, my wife introduced me to ms Arzani. She found out about ms Arzani when she used to work at a restaurant near her office. At this point, I’m a little bit skeptical that she would be able to help me with my case. The immigration process costs money, consumes time, causes stress and anxiety, etc. Finding a reasonable, honest attorney who is willing to fight for you, not take advantage of your hard-earned money, and is knowledgeable about the immigration process is hard to do nowadays. Yes, I paid the consultation fee. It’s not cheap. I have been to many consultations. If I had met her a long time ago, I probably wouldn’t have ended up in prolonged immigration limbo. She’s always honest about the best route to navigate your immigration journey to reach your final destination and stay here legally. What makes Ms. Arzani different from any other attorney? She asked a question that no other attorney had ever asked me. She asked if I had ever been a victim of crime here in the U.S. Yes, I have been a victim of crime back in the early 2000s. I thought what happened to me in the past would not help my immigration case. For her to help me file a U-visa from an old case that got buried almost twenty years ago is incredible. By filing the U-visa, I will be able to get my EAD. Finally, after a long wait, She was able to reopen my old case, and the judge granted me relief.
Not only that, but she was also able to request the court to process my permanent resident card. Thank you so much, Ms Arzani, Maryam, and Veronica. Every time I get a chance to talk to you, you are always generous enough to make sure everything is going to be okay. After a long battle, I was finally able to stay here.

Finally approved after 9 years
Nassim and her team at ALC are phenomenal. I was introduced to her by my best friend after several attorneys had disappointed my wife and I. Although our case was complicated, Nassim was very positive and encouraging and assured us that her forte was complex and complicated cases, hence she could help us. I guess she was right because within 3 months of hiring her our 9 year old case was finally approved. As much as her team is honest, compassionate, and dedicated, there is one thing that makes Nassim stand out; she just doesn’t take whatever the USCIS writes. With her deep knowledge of the immigration law, Nassim checks whatever the USCIS writes with the law. If it’s not in conformity she goes directly to their office and argues it out with them. For example in our case we were given a wrong notice of inadmissibility. Most of the lawyers we presented with this issue just said we should apply for waiver as suggested by the USCIS even though they knew there was no basis for the inadmissibility. When we approached Nassim, she immediately realized there was no basis for inadmissibility. She therefore ruled out any waiver but rather went to the office to challenge the basis of their letter. They accepted it was their mistake and withdrew it. My wife and I are so grateful to Nassim and her team for the good work they did for us. My wife and I will highly recommend Nassim and her team in a heart beat.

My wife and I are fortunate to have found Nassim; from the initial consultation and through the final step of getting the Adjustment of Status Nassim was extremely helpful. Her entire staff made us feel at ease with the whole process. We have consulted with countless paralegals and attorneys and they provided no resolution or options. However Nassim told us, based on our situation my wife could Adjust Status within the U.S. this was wonderful news. She has helped me in so many ways I can sleep at night now. Husband had a difficult case thoighy he had his visa and didn’t . And we were told by another lawyer he would have to stay in Mexico till everything was done. Nassim and Elsa said no he didn’t and helped us to take care of his case. I recommend this law firm to anybody that needs help. I saw Nassim at LAX on Facebook when everything started to happen and I knew she was the lawyer for us . This is a miracle, really hard to believe!
I am an American citizen married to a Guatemalan woman. We have been living in the U.S. these past 7 years and Guatemala before that. My wife and two children were born in Guatemala and have had green cards to live in the U.S. legally for years. I came to Nassim Arzani for assistance in naturalizing them. Nassim told me she had a procedure that was not well known that could result in the immediate issue of a U.S. Passport. I was skeptical but we proceeded with her plan. And BINGO, the kids had their citizenship and U.S. Passport in around one month! Read that again: ONE MONTH!
